Refund policy

We have a 30-day free return policy. You can return your order within 30 days of delivery, without giving a reason, free of charge. You will receive a full refund including the original shipping costs.

How to start a return

Contact us at info@leitnerflashcards.com. We will send you a return label from the carrier that delivered your order. Items sent back without first requesting a return label will not be accepted.

Return conditions

Your item must be returned in the same condition as received. Partial returns are accepted — we will only refund the items actually returned.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5 days of receiving the return, via your original payment method. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of return shipment.

In accordance with EU consumer law, we will reimburse all payments received including delivery costs (except for extra costs arising from your choice of a non-standard delivery method) within 14 days of receiving notice of cancellation.

Defective or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@leitnerflashcards.com and we will make it right.

Custom orders

Custom products and personalised orders cannot be returned unless they are defective.
