Leitner Flashcards is a registered trademark in the European Union and the United Kingdom.

Article 2 — Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to every offer made by Leitner Flashcards and to every agreement concluded between Leitner Flashcards and the customer. Before an agreement is concluded, these terms and conditions are made available to the customer.

Article 3 — The Offer

All offers on leitnerflashcards.com are without obligation. Leitner Flashcards reserves the right to change prices and availability at any time. Obvious errors in the offer, such as pricing mistakes, are not binding.

Article 4 — The Agreement

An agreement is concluded at the moment the customer accepts the offer and completes payment. Leitner Flashcards will confirm the order by email. Until confirmation is received, the customer may cancel the order.

Article 5 — Prices

All prices shown include VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout and depend on the delivery address. For orders outside the European Union (including the United Kingdom), additional import duties or taxes may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer.

Article 6 — Delivery

Leitner Flashcards aims to dispatch orders within 1 business day. Estimated delivery times are:

• Netherlands, Belgium, Germany: 1-3 business days
• Spain, Portugal, France: 3-5 business days
• Eastern Europe: 3-5 business days
• United Kingdom: 5-7 business days

Delivery times are indicative. Leitner Flashcards is not liable for delays caused by the carrier.

Article 7 — Right of Withdrawal

The customer has the right to cancel an order within 30 days of receipt, without giving any reason, free of charge. See our Return Policy for full details.

Article 8 — Conformity and Warranty

Leitner Flashcards guarantees that all products conform to the agreement and meet the specifications stated in the offer. If a product is defective or does not conform to what was agreed, the customer is entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

Article 9 — Intellectual Property

All content on leitnerflashcards.com, including product designs, text, images, and the Leitner Flashcards brand name and trademark, is the intellectual property of Flashcards Company B.V. Reproduction or use without prior written permission is prohibited. Leitner Flashcards is a registered trademark in the EU (EUIPO) and the United Kingdom (UKIPO).

Article 10 — Liability

Leitner Flashcards is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the order in question.

Article 11 — Complaints

Complaints about products or our service can be submitted to info@leitnerflashcards.com. We aim to respond within 2 business days. If we cannot resolve a complaint together, you can submit it to the ODR platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.

Article 12 — Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district of Leeuwarden, the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer protection law requires otherwise.
