30-Day Free Returns

Not happy with your order? Changed your mind? No problem. You can return your order within 30 days of delivery, free of charge and without giving a reason. You will receive a full refund including shipping costs.

Fill in the return form and we will send you a PostNL return label by email.

Return Conditions

1. You have the right to cancel this contract within thirty days without giving any reason. The cancellation period expires after thirty days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier designated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.
2. The product and packaging have been handled with care. The starting point is that you handle and inspect the product as you would in a store, only unpacking or using it to the extent necessary to assess the nature and functioning of the product.
3. You return the product with all accessories supplied, if reasonably possible in the original condition and packaging, and in accordance with the clear instructions we have provided.

Will I Get a Full Refund?

Yes, provided you return your order within 30 days of receipt and meet the return conditions. You will receive a full refund including shipping costs within 5 days of receipt of the return shipment, via the payment method you used.

Partial Returns

Want to return only part of your order? No problem. Request a return label and send back the items you don't want to keep. We will refund only the purchase price of the items actually returned.

Refund

If you cancel this agreement, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any extra costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel.

We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
